A gorgeous teen surrounded by beautiful fall trees.
I first photographed this beautiful teen years ago and it has been so awesome to watch her grow into the young woman she is becoming. I have several clients call me specially for an Edmonton teen photo session. As a result, they are my favorite sessions to do.
She is a natural in front of the camera and she exudes confidence. Always quick with a laugh, she has no problem pulling out the serious face when I asked her to. But even when looking serious, her eyes are always smiling. She is always willing to sit in the leaves, lean against a tree, or sit on a stump if I ask her to. This girl knows who she is and that shows through in her images. She is a great example of an Edmonton teen photo session.
Working Around Others in a Popular Location
We selected the group of trees along 97 Street, along Edmonton’s Greisbach neighborhood, for our photo session this year. It is a very popular location, due to the beautiful colors the trees turn. Subsequently, I have to be creative and patient. I have to work around the multitude of others there using the same group of trees for photos. I’ve discovered I quite prefer several of the old trees on the inside of the row of trees. Usually, there are fewer people on the back side, but the colors are just as gorgeous. Not having to wait for others to finish and not having an extra audience I feel make my clients more comfortable during their session.
Much to my dismay, next year will be the last year I get to do this Edmonton teen photo session, as she will be in grade 12. So, for now, I’ll take pleasure in knowing I have one more year of this beauty in these trees!! It would be wonderful to put together an album of photos of this teen over the years that I’ve been able to capture for her.
